Explanation of Responses:

1. This filing is to correct the Exercise Price of the Derivative Security to $2.19 (the previous filing incorrectly reported the Exercise Price as $2.17), and to correct the name of the person signing on behalf of the Reporting Person, to Sherry Mori, as Attorney-in-Fact.

2. 25% of the total number of shares subject to the option will vest on 9/12/2017; the remaining 75% of the total number of shares subject to the option will vest in 36 equal installments, with the first installment occurring 9/30/2017, and thereafter on the last day of the month for the next 35 months.
