The Issuer withheld 14,603 shares of common stock underlying the Restricted Stock Unit for tax withholdings, using the closing stock price on February 20, 2020 of $4.58, pursuant to the terms of the 2015 Inducement Plan as well as the Amended and Restated 2014 Equity Incentive Plan.
