COUNTY BANCORP, INC.DECLARES DIVIDEND

Manitowoc,WI, August 19,2015–County Bancorp, Inc.(NASDAQ: ICBK)the parent company for Investors Community Bank, announced that on August 18, 2015 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on September 11, 2015 to shareholders of record on September 1, 2015.
