Item 5.01 Changes in Control of Registrant
On December 9, 2014, the current officer resigned and new officer was appointed.
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors
On December 9, 2014, Keith Nguyen was named as the Registrant’s interim Chief Executive Officer.
Keith Nguyen has been a managing director at CDM Capital, LLC since 2006. Mr. Nguyen has over twenty-five years of systems development and management experience and eight years of investment banking, M & A, financing and capital market experience. He had held management positions in various start-ups and CDM’s portfolio companies. Mr. Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
