Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A., in continuation to the Notice to the Market released on January 24, 2022, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, upon the fulfillment of the applicable conditions precedent, its wholly-owned subsidiary Santander Corretora de Seguros, Investimentos e Serviços S.A. has formalized the closing of the transaction related to the subscription of a minority equity interest in CSD Central de Serviços de Registro e Depósito aos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais S.A. (“CSD BR”).
