NOTICE TO THE MARKET
BANCO SANTANDER (BRASIL) S.A. (“Santander Brasil” or “Company”) announces to its shareholders and the market in general that Camila Stolf Toledo will be the new Head of Investor Relations at Santander Brasil, succeeding Gustavo Bahia Gama Sechin, who, after leading the IR department for 2 years will take on new functions within the Vice Presidency of Subsidiaries at Santander Brasil. The Investor Relations department will continue to report to CFO. Camila Stolf Toledo was, for the last 4 years, the Head of Equity Sales at Santander Corretora.
