On December 15, 2009, Northwest Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Northwest Bancshares, Inc., the proposed holding company for Northwest Savings Bank, announced the results of its stock offering. The Company also announced that Northwest Savings Bank depositors and Northwest Bancorp, Inc.’s stockholders each approved the Plan of Conversion and Reorganization.
