The Company hereby announces that on December 23, 2019, in the pending arbitrationGopher Protocol, Inc. v. Discovery Growth Fund, LLC(JAMS Ref. No. 1260005395), an Interim Award was entered in favor of respondents Discover Growth Fund, LLC (“DGF”) and John Kirkland. A Final Award has not been issued and has been reserved pending supplemental post hearing briefing.
