2. One forty-eighth (1/48th) of the shares subject to the option vested or shall vest each month commencing April 15, 2020, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to provide service through each such date.

3. The shares subject to the option shall vest on November 1, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to provide service through each such date.
