On January 10, 2022, PDS Biotechnology Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has been granted U.S Patent Application No.
15,724,818 titled “Novel HPV16 Non HLA-Restricted T-cell Vaccines, Composition and Methods of Use Thereof” by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
On January 12, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing that the initial safety data from its VERSATILE-002 study has been accepted for presentation at the 2022 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium being held February 24-26, 2022, at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort and Spa, Phoenix, AZ.
