Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 13, 2012, we received notice from the agent under our borrowing base credit facility that the borrowing base had been reduced to $98,000,000, effective October 31, 2012. Our total utilization under the facility was below $98.0 million at November 13, 2012 and, accordingly, no borrowing base deficiency existed at that date.
