Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
Baltic Trading Limited (the “Company”) announced today that it expects the Baltic Jaguar and the Baltic Cougar, two Supramax vessels, to be delivered on or about May 15, 2010. The vessels originally were scheduled to be delivered during the last week of April 2010. The later delivery date is due to port congestion.
