By letter dated July 25, 2013, Mr. Panagiotis Tolis resigned as Secretary and Director of the Company, effective July 25, 2013. His letter did not indicate any disagreement with management whereas his resignation was due to personal reasons.

Effective July 25, 2013, Mr. Panagiotis Drakopoulos was elected as Secretary.
