In a press release dated July 22, 2010, TeleNav, Inc. announced that it would be participating in three investor conferences on August 9, 11, and 12, 2010. TeleNav, Inc. intends to make reference to certain non-GAAP financial information for the quarters and fiscal years ended June 30, 2010, 2009, and 2008 in connection with those investor conferences. A reconciliation of non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable U.S. GAAP financial measures is contained in the attached exhibit, which will also be made available on the “Financial Information” portion of TeleNav’s Investor Relations web site at http://investor.telenav.com/financials.cfm.
