Planned Transition to Chief Financial Officer
On May 16, 2016 and as previously disclosed, Andreas Spitzer assumed the role of the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and continues to serve as Executive Vice President. Since joining the Company on January 11, 2016, he has been serving as Executive Vice President, Finance. The transition to the Chief Financial Officer position is prescribed in Mr. Spitzer’s employment agreement and was previously publicly announced. As a result of and in connection with Mr. Spitzer’s transition, Geoffrey M. Lewis will no longer serve as Chief Financial Officer. He will continue to serve as the Company’s Treasurer, will remain an executive officer and will continue to serve as a director on the Company’s board, all positions he has held since the Company’s inception in 2009.
