On March 8, 2021, Eventbrite, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release providing an operating update. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
On March 8, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing its intention to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $185,000,000 aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2026 in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
