Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 18, 2020, the Company announce that Zsolt K. Besskó, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel, will be leaving the Company as of July 1, 2020.
The Company also announced that, effective July 1, 2020, Angela Petrucci will become the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel. Ms. Petrucci has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel since 2015. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Petrucci was Senior Corporate Matters Counsel at Accenture. She also previously worked as an associate at Chapman and Cutler LLP and was a commercial banker for First Chicago Bank (now JP Morgan Chase).
