1. The common shares were granted to the reporting person by the Issuer's Board of Trustees. The shares are fully vested and generally transferable. The common shares were earned by the reporting person based on an equity performance award made in March 2015. The reporting person earned 118% of the target number of shares pursuant to the performance award.
