Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 10, 2014, Unilife Corporation (“Unilife”) issued a corrected press release announcing the financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2014. A copy of the corrected press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
During a conference call held at 4:30 p.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time on November 10, 2014, Unilife’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer discussed the Company’s results for the three months ended September 30, 2014 and an update on its businesses. The slide presentation for the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
Because of an ongoing review of the application of the Company’s critical accounting policies for the three months ended September 30, 2014, the Company previously issued a press release on November 10, 2014 announcing the financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2014. However, that previously issued press release was subsequently corrected and replaced. A copy of the previously issued press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.4.
