On February 14, 2012, Tropicana Entertainment Inc. issued a press release announcing that Lighthouse Point Casino in Greenville, Mississippi, will be expanded and rebranded as Trop Casino Greenville. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
