This award represents a grant of restricted stock under the Archrock, Inc. 2013 Stock Incentive Plan subject to twenty-five (25%) vesting on each of March 3, 2017 (the date of grant), June 1, September 1, 2017, and December 1, 2017. The award is subject to forfeiture or accelerated vesting pursuant to certain events as set out in the Award Notice and Agreement.
