Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) and (c) - On March 22, 2012, the Board of Directors of Carbon 612 Corporation’s (the “Company”) elected Ezra Green as acting CFO of the Company to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Arthur Goldberg prior to Mr. Green’s election on the same date. Mr. Green is the current Chairman of the Company and will maintain his current base annual salary and benefits.
