On April 8, 2019, Joe Hodas resigned as Chief Operating Officer of General Cannabis Corp (the “Company”), effective April 12, 2019. Mr. Hodas’ resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies or practices, or with the Company’s accounting principles or practices, financial statements or disclosures. Mr. Hodas will not receive any severance payments.
The Company has no immediate plans to fill the position.
