On September 17, 2021, Teladoc Health, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from David Sides of his intention to resign as Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective on September 21, 2021, in order to pursue another employment opportunity.

The Company is reaffirming its third quarter and full-year 2021 guidance that it provided on July 27, 2021.
