On March 9, 2015, Pfenex Inc. (the “Company”) changed the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to receive notice and to vote at the 2015 Annual Meeting from March 9, 2015 (as previously announced) to March 19, 2015. The Company also changed the date of its 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders from April 15, 2015 (as previously announced) to April 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time at the offices of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., 12235 El Camino Real, Suite 200, San Diego, California 92130. The deadlines for proposals submitted under Rule 14a-8 and our bylaws have not changed. The Company now plans to send proxy materials to stockholders of record as of March 19, 2015.
