IQVIA Announces Offering of Senior Notes

DANBURY, Conn. & RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. –IQVIA Holdings Inc. (“IQVIA”) (NYSE:IQV) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, IQVIA Inc. (the “Issuer”), intends to raise $800,000,000 equivalent in gross proceeds through an offering of euro-denominated senior notes due 2028 (the “Notes”). IQVIA also announced that the Issuer intends to deliver a notice of redemption with respect to its outstanding 3.500% senior notes due 2024 (the “3.500% Notes”).
The proceeds from the Notes offering will be used to redeem all of the Issuer’s 3.500% Notes, including the payment of premiums in respect thereof, to repay a portion of the existing borrowings under the Issuer’s revolving credit facility and to pay fees and expenses related to the Notes offering. The consummation of the Notes offering is subject to market and other customary conditions.
