On October 29, 2013, the Board of Directors of Charter Financial Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend is payable on November 26, 2013, to stockholders of record as of November 12, 2013. A press release announcing the details of the declaration is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
