On July 22, 2014, the Board of Directors of Charter Financial Corporation declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend is payable on August 28, 2014, to stockholders of record as of August 15, 2014. A press release announcing the details of the declaration is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
