We have acted as counsel to Diana Containerships Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands (the “Company”), in connection with the Company’s registration statement on Form F-1 (the “Registration Statement”) as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on May 9, 2011 relating to the public offering (the “Offering”) of the common stock of the Company, par value $.01 per share (the “Common Stock”).
