Performance Shipping Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) was duly held on December 17, 2024 in Athens, Greece, pursuant to a Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders dated November 19, 2024. American Election Services, LLC acted as inspector of the Meeting.
At the Meeting, each of the following proposals, which are set forth in more detail in the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and the Company’s Proxy Statement, sent to shareholders on or around November 19, 2024, was approved and adopted:
| (1) | The election of Aliki Paliou as a Class II director to serve until the Company’s 2027 annual general meeting of shareholders; and |
| (2) | The ratification of the appointment of Ernst & Young (Hellas) Certified Auditors Accountants S.A. as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. |
