(a)The Company held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on May 19, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time).
(b)The voting results from the Company’s Annual Meeting were as follows:

3.An advisory resolution approving the Company’s executive compensation was approved by a vote of 115,123,485.68 shares in favor, 13,929,637.42 shares against, and 68,020.32 shares abstaining. There were 3,833,553.00 broker non-votes.
