On April 29, 2019, Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) made available the Company’s 2018 Annual Report to Stockholders (the “Annual Report”) on its website at www.cvmissioncriticalreit.com. The letter to the Company's stockholders from the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, which is included in the Annual Report, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
