Please refer to slide 13 in this presentation for additional information and reconciliation of Adjusted Diluted EPS to the most directly comparable financial measures calculated in accordance with GAAP. Management believes that Adjusted Diluted EPS provides useful information because it excludes items that may not be indicative of or are unrelated to our underlying business results, and may provide a better baseline for analyzing trends in our underlying business.
