Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 2, 2010, Niska Gas Storage Partners LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will participate in the 9th Annual Wells Fargo Pipeline, MLP and Energy Symposium in New York, New York, on December 7, 2010 and that David Pope, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Simon Dupéré, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and Vance Powers, Investor Relations, will be presenting at 11:35 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (10:35 a.m. Central Standard Time).
