Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 14, 2011, Moody’s Investor Service announced that it downgraded Niska Gas Storage Partners LLC’s (the “Company”) Corporate Family Rating and Probability of Default Rating to B1 from Ba3, its senior secured revolver rating to Ba1 from Baa3 and its senior unsecured notes rating to B2 from B1. A Speculative Grade Liquidity rating of SGL3 was assigned. The rating outlook was changed to negative from stable.
