Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of fuboTV Inc. common stock.

2. On June 9, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted 66,061 RSUs, vesting on the earlier of (i) June 9, 2023 and (ii) one day prior to the Company's 2023 annual meeting of shareholders.

3. The RSUs vest on the earlier of (i) June 15, 2024 and (ii) one day prior to the Company's 2024 annual meeting of shareholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Company through such vesting date.
