On April 26, 2016, Jacksonville Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the Annual Meeting, Stockholders considered the election of directors, the ratification of the independent registered public accounting firm, and the approval of an advisory vote on executive compensation. A breakdown of the votes cast is set forth below.
