Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 15, 2013, Tower International, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
