In connection with the sale by an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, LLC, of its remaining shares of common stock in Tower International, Inc. (the “Company”), Dennis Donovan, Chan Galbato, and Ronald Kolka resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective January 3, 2014.
