On August 2, 2011 Tower International, Inc. announced the resignation of William Pumphrey as President, Americas, effective August 15, 2011, and the concurrent appointment of James Bernard (presently Tower’s Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development) to the office of President, Americas, effective August 15, 2011. Mr. Pumphrey’s resignation notice was delivered to Tower International on July 27, 2011.
