On May 15, 2014, Deutsche Bank AG, the indirect parent company of Nevada Property 1 LLC (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it had reached an agreement for the sale of the Company to an affiliate of Blackstone Real Estate Partners VII L.P. A copy of Deutsche Bank’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
