Certain Amendments also relate to one or more of JPMorgan Core Plus Bond ETF, JPMorgan Inflation Managed Bond ETF, JPMorgan Municipal ETF and/and JPMorgan Ultra-Short Municipal ETF. As noted above, withdrawal is not requested with respect to JPMorgan Core Plus Bond ETF, JPMorgan Inflation Managed Bond ETF, JPMorgan Municipal ETF or JPMorgan Ultra-Short Municipal ETF.
