Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On May 10, 2016, Aoxin Tianli Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host an earnings conference call and live webcast covering its first quarter 2016 financial results at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 12, 2016. The press release, filed as exhibit 99.1 to this report, also stated that the Company anticipates filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2016 and issue a press release reporting on its financial results for the quarter after the close of the market on Wednesday, May 11. 2016. See the attached press release for information concerning dial-in access or webcast access to the conference call.
