Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr. Cole does not own shares in his individual capacity. He is a non-controlling member of Flagship Ventures Fund IV General Partner LLC, the general partner of Flagship Ventures Fund IV, L.P. ("Flagship IV") and Flagship Ventures Fund IV-Rx, L.P. ("Flagship IV-Rx"). Flagship IV and Flagship IV-Rx are each a reporting person and each has filed a Form 3 reporting its respective ownership. Mr. Cole disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares owned by Flagship IV and Flagship IV-Rx, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
