2. This Form 4/A corrects the number of "Securities Acquired" and "Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following Reported Transactions" reported in the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person on June 6, 2019, which were incorrect as the result of an inadvertent error.

3. These shares represent restricted stock units granted to the Reporting Person and shall vest in one installment on June 1, 2020.
