Item 7.01 | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On November 9, 2010, one of our Canadian subsidiaries, Babcock & Wilcox Canada Ltd. (“BWC”), entered into a settlement agreement with a customer resolving an outstanding warranty claim relating to nuclear steam generator components provided by BWC under a 1998 contract. For more information regarding the warranty claim, see Note 9 to our combined financial statement in the registration statement on Form 10, as amended, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
