On October 17, 2012, BWAY Parent Company, Inc. (the “Company”) reported preliminary results of operations for its fiscal year ended September 30, 2012. The preliminary results of operations, as well as information regarding the use of non-GAAP financial measures, are set forth in the earnings release dated October 17, 2012, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
