Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 7, 2016, Darin P. McAreavey resigned as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. On the same day, Mr. McAreavey was appointed to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors and will also serve as Audit Committee Chairman and will assist in the transition to a new CFO. Mr. McAreavey was not selected as a director pursuant to any arrangement or understanding with any other person.
