In response to this comment, Michael Vincent and Igor Svishevskiy both reside in Columbus Ohio, and planned to form and execute the Company’s business plan. The initial design was to have Mr. Vincent head the Company as officer/director with Mr. Svishevskiy in a subordinate officer role, but Mr. Vincent later resigned when his schedule prevented him from devoting the time necessary to get the Company running. At that point, Mr. Svishevskiy decided to take a more prominent role in the Company, as sole officer and director. There has been no material reclassification, merger, consolidation, or purchase or sale of a significant amount of assets.
