ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On June 26, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Chinese joint venture company Qinghai Sanjiang A Power Agriculture Co., Ltd. has entered into two contracts with Tesco, PLC to become both a supplier and an in-store butcher shop concessionaire of beef and lamb. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto asExhibit 99.1.
